CLIENT PROFILE

Twenty One Battery Park is Western North Carolina’s premier residential and retail development. The first high-rise in Downtown Asheville in more than 40 years, this seven-story building houses high-end shops and offices on the first two floors and 39 luxury condominiums above.

PROBLEM

Coleman Construction faced the challenge of pre-selling residential condominiums and commercial units for a project still in planning and under construction. With a high-end development like this, Coleman Construction needed a way to literally show potential residents the look and feel of the building and its interiors. This project’s success heavily depended on sales prior to the building’s completion.

SOLUTION

Bclip collaborated with an architectural animator to create a complete CDROM that included a video fly through of the condos, video animations of the building’s exterior, and floor plans for each unit. Various breathtaking views of the city surrounding 21 Battery Park were also included. The CDROM combined animations created from architectural CAD drawings and actual video footage shot by Bclip in the beautiful city of Asheville. The CD incorporated other documents and information about the surrounding area to attract potential out of town buyers. The CDROM also ran a photo and music slideshow featuring historic pictures of the area. Bclip and the developer worked with an advertising agency to include the CDROM inside their print material.
