PROBLEM

Ecolab’s Vehicle Care Division had a problem with instruction. Their chemicals and cleaning methods were so successful that their personnel were constantly on planes to all parts of the country. They were always on their way to show automotive detailers the proper ways to apply their products. This resulted in long periods of waiting for detailers, and a stressful travel schedule for the instructors.

SOLUTION

We at Bclip sent our crew to a detail bay in South Carolina to meet up with a marketing representative from Ecolab’s Vehicle Care Division, and their top instructor. Over the course of two days we recorded step by step instructions on how to properly clean and detail an entire automobile. We then built their CD so that while a new detailer watches the video, the software stops and quizzes the viewer. The result was an effective training tool that yielded certified experts, giving immediate satisfaction to detailers, and a well deserved rest to instructors.
