Goo Goo Car Wash began in 1945 as an independently owned car wash operation serving in Georgia and Alabama. Goo Goo developed a new franchise concept in 2003 that led to the most significant growth by a car wash company in the industry over the last decade. By building Express Exterior locations with free vacuums, Goo Goo started a rapidly growing trend that swept the nation.

PROBLEM

Goo Goo developed such a new concept that it was difficult for potential investors to sufficiently understand the layout of the new design. This created a dilemma in sparking enough interest to further investigate the monetary possibilities. Bottom line, the problem was getting the right information to potential investors/franchisees in order to get them to invest their time and money.

SOLUTION

Bclip produced an interactive CD-ROM that showed all the elements of the Goo Goo design, how the carwash operated, and showed their high capacity with minimal labor. The CD-ROM gives enough, but not too much, information in a standardized explanation of the carwash. The information was painstakingly presented in a way that was approved by attorneys to avoid litigation for false claims. This is an excellent promotional tool for franchisors.
