Southern Theaters came to Bclip seeking a complete training solution for all aspects of its theater operations. The company needed a streamlined approach to train its new employees for the different facets of the theater business including ushers, concessions, box office, as well as a general orientation for all. Previous training methods proved timely and inefficient as it drew time away from experienced employees and management.

SOLUTION

Bclip produced a series of training videos delivered on DVD. The segments inform viewers about customer service as well as daily operations and step by step procedures as set forth by corporate personnel. New hires now watch the informative segments before ever stepping foot into the theater. This effective approach has standardized training amongst its several locations. Ultimately, it has given time back to management in order to utilize more “floor time” and oversee daily operations.
