Just found out the video was directly responsible for getting us a 30,000 grant to do our environmental work. Just thought the folks at Bclip, especially Mike who I know did some volunteer overtime on it, would like to know that there video continues to do good work out there in the world, and has received many kudos.
CLIENT PROFILE
n/aPROBLEM
Mission Healthcare Foundation teamed up with the Big Tom Classic golf tournament (an organization benefiting education about stroke) to create an educational video for patients and families of stroke victims and the people of western North Carolina. The clients needed to explain what a stroke is, describe its symptoms, and convey the options available to a person that has suffered a stroke. The members of the Mission Hospitals stroke team wanted a way to deliver all of this information to victims, their families, and the general public of western North Carolina.
SOLUTION
Bclip delivered a three part, 17 minute video on DVD and web streaming video. Created by combining interviews with doctors, nurses, rehabilitation experts, and survivors, the video gives a realistic view to families and victims of stroke. The DVD will be used in multiple hospitals throughout western North Carolina and has been used as an education catalyst for capitol legislation across the country.
