Bclip Productions is one of the first production companies in the Southeast to own and operate the JVC GY-HD100U. In other words, Bclip just got a sweet new camera. In our efforts to continually offer clients the very best in video production quality, we have obtained a sophisticated, next generation tool to add to our fleet of cameras

The JVC GY-HD100I has the ability to shoot in full High Definition progressive recording at 24 frames per second. What this adds is a film quality seen in movies, coupled with the definition seen in high-speed televised sporting events. This offers our customers broadcast quality, high definition video. Footage shot with this camera can be projected to any size with no loss of clarity. Basically, this means that our clients can now have the biggest and best video at any trade show, conference, or corporate event.

Our new camera features three newly developed 1/3-inch CCDs with 1280x720 square pixels, offering crystal clear images. JVC also included a brand new 16X Fujinon ProHD lens, allowing full artistic control. And with the dual media option, we can record to disk and tape simultaneously, cutting down our editing time and saving our clients money.

Because Bclip is ahead of the pack in video technology, JVC asked us to display and demonstrate their new camera at the Asheville Film Festival, October 27th through the 30th. Producers, directors and camera jockeys from all over will look to Bclip to showcase the future of video production technology.
