Just found out the video was directly responsible for getting us a 30,000 grant to do our environmental work. Just thought the folks at Bclip, especially Mike who I know did some volunteer overtime on it, would like to know that there video continues to do good work out there in the world, and has received many kudos.
Beginning this month, Bclip Productions partnered with Ingles Supermarkets to oversee the post-production and distribution of all of their cable and broadcast television commercials. Ingles came to Bclip earlier this year to collaborate on a training video for their new push in the seafood market. Impressed with Bclip’s skill and efficiency, Ingles decided to part with their old production house and bring the Asheville-based company aboard as their new arm in the world of TV advertising.
Bclip utilizes a library of existing videos and images from Ingles to create and edit a minimum of 12 commercials each week for the next 10 months. At the beginning of each month, Bclip assembles 24 commercials and ships them out to cable and broadcast stations throughout the southeast; each subsequent week sees the production of 12 more ads. Before each spot is created, Bclip gives it a unique code number that is used for tracking. This way the companies whose products are featured in each ad know when and where their products are advertised.
The success of the Ingles campaign is a testament to the hard work and organization on both sides of the partnership. Ingles and Bclip will collaborate again in the coming months on two more training videos.
